I find its not classy judging a book by its cover...I have a neck tattoo and a full chest piece,and never been told i'm not classy...Its about the woman,not the tattoo..
Edit-I guess its ok to dress like a tramp,but don't dare have a neck or chest tattoo lol..People these days

what does a mark of a lip tattooed in a guys or girls neck mean
i been trying to figure that out but once you think about it guys have it more
often why is that?? please answer 10 points :)

it depends on the person cause everyone gets tattoos for deferent reasons. but it mostly means
-The lips on the neck means that The person is either mad at life, and in other situations it represents the 1967 band Get a money shot.
-The majority of Hispanic Gang members claimed the "Red Lips" were symbolizing their girlfriend's/Wife's last kiss before the Gang member goes away (is incarcerated).
However, two Gang members alleged the "Red Lips" represented the "Kiss of Death" which meant the gang member who has the tattoo has committed a murder.
