I know I'm planning on getting my sons foot prints somewhere,but I don't know what else. I was thinking my legs or thighs?

i think i good place would be on your feet, that way when you look down you remember your son and how small hes feet are (guessing hes a baby) then when hes all grown up you can look at your feet and hes will be bigger than yours then if he wants he can get your foot print on hes feet.....just an idea lol

I am getting a tattoo of my children's names. I have two, a boy and a girl. I was thinking of getting their names around my ankle with something like a heart separating the names. I do not want the typical solid heart though. Looking for unique ideas.

And I don't care if YOU think tattoos are stupid I like them and it will be meaningful and I don't care how it will look when I am old. So save all your dumb comments for someone else.

When i got tattoos for my girls I did a lilly and a rose, my daughters names, with a celtic love knot in the middle.

My sister in law has a butterfly with her daughters name in it on her ankle. Now hse has a son too and after a lot of thinking and talking she decided to have a vine done from her foot to her leg with a monkey on it holding a banana that has his name in it.

My cuz did a moon on her ankle that is blowing stars and star dust. Each star has a the name of one of her kids.

Kid tattoos can be a lot of fun.

You could get something that reminds you of her? Depending on her age you could get her favorite flower as a tattoo with her initials/name? Or her handprints either current or from when she was a baby. If you do the handprints you could form them like a heart kinda like:

What's your first impression of a girl with a dragon tattoo?

I've been wanting a tattoo on my upper back (no tramp stamp) for the past 5 years, since I was 17. I want something that represents my transformation from a self conscious wallflower to the independent woman that I am today. I've been drawn to dragon tattoos, but it seems most people think they're a little too harsh, and some people asked me if I was into women when I mentioned it. I know it's my decision, but I just want other opinions. Do women with dragon tattoos come off as rough around the edges, or possibly even butch? I want an elegant design with fluid motion and cross-hatching to look more feminine.

It doesn't matter what other people think. If you like dragons, then get a dragon tattoo. I like dragons and I plan on getting a dragon tattoo as well. I personally think that chinese dragons look pretty cool. But seriously, it's your body, not theirs..you shouldn't care about what people think of your tattoo(s). The people who say that if you have a dragon tattoo you are into women is idiotic and stupid...that's not what they mean at all. Apparently, they have no idea what they are talking about.
