Q. I have a cross tattooed on my upper arm and im trying to fill the space up top but cant thnk of anythng to put over top of it and i cant find any good designs. . .help

Maybe a heart, or an angel. If you're a girl that is. If you're a guy, maybe go with one of those designs of Jesus. Or ask the tattooer for their opinion - they may be able to help.

So, I'm 16 and I'm thinking of getting a tattoo when I'm 18/19...
I want to get a smallish tattoo on my wrist.
I want this tattoo to have a lot of meaning and I've already thought of what i think is a good design.
I was thinking of getting a pair of brass knuckles, and in each hole i want either a kanji/chinese symbol saying "happiness, hope, strength, " and in the bigger hole "life"... the meaning would be that I'm fighting FOR those things in my life.. and it'll be on my wrist because i've had issues with self-harm and depression, and the wrist is a place that self-harm is practiced on alot...
this tattoo is more for ME, then anyone else.. so i think it works.
but the problem is that my wrist is pretty small/skinny, and idk if the brass knuckles would look right, or if the holes in it would be big enough for to actually fit any of the symbols... many of my friends say its too big for my arm but im not convinced. lol. plus, im really wanting this tattoo.
so... any comments?
i'm a girl also, so i dont know if the brass knuckles would really workk.. but yeah.

i just need other peoples insight.

Brass knuckles aren't for skinny girls. That's for sure.

but since you're "really wanting this tattoo", then go ahead. You're still 16 and there's plenty of time. Who knows, you may feel a sense of change in your ideas.

i have a scar a inch above my belly button thats is 7 inches and goes across my stomach. Im turning 18 in two months and im planning on covering it up with a tattoo. I really dont have any ideas yet. I dont like anything emo looking. Im a really girly girly i like flowers but not too much flowers. thanks.

tattoo on belly? I don't think thats the best idea. just think what that would look like if you have kids and/or gain a lot of weight. I would say to get something to help to reduce the appearence of the scar and get a tattoo somewhere else!

i am thinking of getting a tattoo to cover up a bad unfinished homemade tattoo. i am thinking of getting the word "disaster"on my inner wrist (above 3 scars i have from a not so lovely past.) what do you think? have any other ideas or anything you want to add?

if you can imagine yourself having that tattoo when you have kids, grandkids, settle down in a career then get it. It brings across an interesting message.
