Getting a Tattoo between small breasts?

elizabeth

I have a small chest. Small enough that I've never worn a bra in my life (unless it was really cold). I'm fine with it. Hell, it's comfortable and they're both perky enough...I think they're cute. But I'm not super thin, though I am getting my weight under control. And I have no desire to ever get implants or wear something that's padded. So here's the thing, I'd like to get a tattoo between my breasts. Something elegant, like a Henna design. Something that's not too big and not colorful, Black and Grey would be nice. Now, I HAVE tattoos. 7 of them, to be precise. And they go from my back on to my arms, so this is a serious decision to make. On the chest, I can only hide it with makeup (and yes certain makeup does work, I use it on my arm tattoos successfully). If any of YOU out there have made the decision to put a tattoo on their chest or shoulder blades, I'd like your opinion. And if you hate the idea of getting a tattoo between the breasts, I'd like your opinion, too. Remember, I'm not a skinny-mini. I come from a long line of overweight people, though I have lost 50 pounds in the last 3 years. I still have 42 more pounds to go, though. If that matters, anyway. Thanks a bunch.

To tell you the truth I don't like the idea of you having a tattoo between your breasts. Personally, I never liked a girl with tattoos and most other guys don't like either.

But if you still want to get a tattoo there, I think the extra boob is a wonderful idea. Or you could get like a pistol for all those unsolicited touches. If you get an unsolicited touch, just flash him your boobs and tell him he is gonna get it right between the eyes.

tatto under breast. please help with ideas?

i want to get a tattoo right under my breast.. almost like cupping it.
i know the location i want.. but not what i want to get tattood!.. thats not good haha
so i was thinking about putting something funny in a place like that because i dont think anyone that sees it would take me seriously if i tried to put something serious there..
but then again.. i want something that i wont regret.. i want something meaningful..
so if you have any ideas on something SUPER funny for there.. or any really cool sayings, quotes, or awesome life mottos just let me know!
it would be a great help.!
thanks

I have ink, and I think that spot is really cute on girls. I have been considering getting something put there myself.

Instead of getting a quote you could always get a design. I love elegant lines with a bit of swirl. Not much, nothing too girlie and whimsical (unless that is want you want), just elegant.

The problem with life mottoes is that they change. You have to find one that really resonates with you. Tattoos are a long term commitment.

I strongly advise you not to get anything done until you know exactly what you want, and are confident you can live with it. Try drawing several different things on your body to get used to it. Also, remember that some guys (and girls. no judgment!) do not like tattoos, and putting them near your breasts can be a huge turn off for your partner.

Looking for a tattoo design?

originally i wanted a tattoo of 3 stars on my right hip that symbolize my 3 goals in life
stars are beautiful, symbolic, and very simple, yet so complex and they have always appealed to me
and as i completed each goal i would get it colored in or add a design to each star
and once all were complete i wanted to add a 4th star to represent success

but it seems like everyone and their dog has stars on their hips
and i know that once people saw mine they would automatically judge them and tell me that they didn't have deeper meaning to me and i would have to go through my whole story about 50 times a day

i want something that is not so over used
but is still significant to me
does anyone have any ideas of what i could do kind of like my star idea
or something representing strength (emotional) or love

i dislike tribal tattoos
and i am really interested in white ink tattoos
but i might not go with a white ink for my first tat
since they are still relatively new i want to wait on that
i absolutely love lindsay lohans white ink tatto with breathe on her wrist
http://img.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2007/04_03/lohan030507_468x274.jpg
i love what it stands for and have seriously considered getting that exact tatoo, but like i said i want mine to be original

Answer
White tattoos aren't new. They just aren't widely done because white tends to turn yellow over time. The shop I get tattooed at won't even do them because they never STAY white so they cannot guarantee they'll stay decent looking.

Get the stars if you want them. Don't worry about people judging you. Tattoos are a very personal thing. If you really want stars and get something else because you are so worried about other people's assumptions you will end up regretting whatever you DO get and will wish you had gotten what you wanted to begin with.

People have been getting star tattoos forever. They are pretty trendy right now but even after they taper off there will still be a ton of people getting them. I have wings tattooed on my back and a few months later it seemed like every time I turned around I was seeing another girl with wing tattoos. It didn't make me love mine any less.

Good luck!

Answer
Girly designs:

Heart
Star
Cherries
Lips (like someone kissed you with lipstick on)
Ladybug
Butterfly
Fairy
Cupcake/Ice cream cone
A word or short phrase done in a nice font

Cute locations:

Inner wrist
Hip
Lower back
Ankle/Foot
Front of shoulder (like where your bra strap would go, right under your collar bone. I'm getting one there.)
Back of shoulder
Behind the ear
Back of the neck

It's really all up to you. Try to find a design that represents you or means something to you. Check out tattoojohnny.com and cherrycreekflash.com for inspiration, but try to give any designs you find there your own unique spin. Goooooood luck!!!
