what I look like: tall, thin, feminine looking, black hair, blue eyes, very into fashion, half shaved head( like alice dellal)
I want it on the inside of my upper arm and I want it to be kind of large. I was thinking about something to do with cats since its my favorite animal

I don't know how you feel about birds, but they're very dainty and "in" right now. There are many different ways you can pull them off.
I have a group of bird silhouettes on my collarbone.

Find something you like that has meaning to you. Like mine represents a bird's need to leave the nest and learn to fly.

You can always give an artist an idea and they can draw something up for you.

My mother said i could get a tattoo when I turn 16,i am a girl.
and i was thinking of this as one : Wake your dreams. with some pretty awesome designs around it,
i was also thinking of: Love the life you live, don't live the life you love.
Do you have any other ideas? I was also thinking of putting whatever quote i get either on my neck or my collar bone.

No, this tattoo is not a good idea. Your quote makes no sense, as someone else already said, and your neck and collarbones are both highly visible places. What happens when you grow up and get a job? Many employers do not allow visible tattoos on their employees. Also, many REPUTABLE tattoo artists will not tattoo someone under the age of 18, even with parental consent. If you find someone who will, beware - they may not be licensed to tattoo or certified in all of the necessary safety procedures that must be followed when tattooing.

I know i want some sort of a dove. My two bestfriends and I are all getting the same design. But we have not found anything online that we like and are not sure where to get it. We are all girls if that helps. So any designs and places to get it?

ask the tattoo artist, say you want a dove and what kind of feel you would want it to have. and he/she will sketch a couple of designs for you to pick from. for places, maybe wrist, back of neck, collarbone/shoulder area, lower stomach, upper arm etc.

There isn't really a "best" place when it comes to a tattoo. It's going to hurt like hell no matter where you get it. If you're looking for what doesn't hurt as much I would go with the back of the neck, shoulder blade, or back of the leg. If you're looking for popular places that girls get tattoos where it looks "sexy" you would want it on the lower back, foot, behind the ear, or the wrist. The collarbones are becoming popular places too, but think of it this way for any tattoo placement... the thinner the flesh it to bone, the more it's going to hurt.
