Anyone know of any female models with tattoos? But I mean like.. Lots of tattoos, Like Kat Von D, Maria Brink, the girl from Walls of Jericho, So,, Not necessarily models, But you know what I mean?

Answer
Suicide Girls have a lot of tattoos and piercings. I don't know if they're officially models, though.

Would it be bad etiquette to ask my tattoo artist to refer me to someone else?

Okay so I want a pin up girl tattoo and obviously I want it to be PERFECT and I feel like I made a mistake in the artist I chose. I chose the best tattoo parlor in my area so I would like to switch artists. She just made the pin up really cartoonish and childish. How should I go about doing this?

Answer
I wouldn't ask your tattoo artist about any recommendations. I would go to different shops and just look through their portfolios. See who has done portraits and pin-ups and go from there. You don't have to switch the artists permanently. I have 2 artists as we speak. One specializes in something the other doesn't, so I'm going to this other one. They love that I am loyal and don't feel bad at all. They are happy I'm sticking with the shop and not leaving. BUT they don't do knuckle tattoos, so I have to go somewhere else when I want another knuckle tattoo. I won't leave them for good, but I will go somewhere closer to get my knuckle(s) done. They won't feel bad because they told me themselves that they don't do it. ALSO, I want a pin-up of a person that I have admired since I was a kid. It's not going to be a normal pin-up (a cleaner version I'll be getting...an actress from the 70's). I will be applying to Kat Von D's shop and have her do it. It's worth the wait and I will travel for it. If I can't get into her shop, I'll try a couple other woman that I like. I want a woman to do it because we can bond and really have a fun experience. After all of this though, I won't ever leave my shop. So look around and have someone else do the tattoo. GOOD LUCK! =)

I have three and im getting more soon :)
I love the sound and feel of the needle! So addicting.
One of these days I would like to get one done by Kat Von D!

Q: Do you think tattoos on girls are trashy?

Answer
I have two. One on my chest and another on my shoulder blade, but I am working on my third. I just want to make sure the placement is a good choice.

If I get it on my fore arm, it will be difficult for me to wear comfortable clothes to my future career (elementary school teacher). But I really want it on my arm :( So, I dunno yet.

A: I don't think so. Unless its like a Neon Cupcake or some annoying sh*t with no meaning. (i know a girl with a neon cupcake on her neck)

What can I buy to cover up my tattoos with? Where can I get it?

Madison 3:

I need to cover up my tattoos. I have a lot and I don't know what to buy. I've heard of Kat Von D's concealer, but the tube looks small. I have almost 12 hours worth of ink to cover. Is there a better option to go with...rather than spending so much for more than 1 tube? What do they sell to cover tattoos?

Movie audition. Want to be on the safe side and cover them up.

Answer
that sucks you have to hide a part of who you are to get into the movie biz but I think if you go online you can find like tatoo cover up kits (which have like concealer type products in it to help cover it up). There are specific "stage" make up brands ( i forgot the name) but they have heavier make up. I saw this on tv, and what the girl did is take a really pale (almost white) concealer and a makeup wedge (those cheapy white sponge thingies) and cover up the tattoo so it's fainted and then she used like like a pale beige-ey color and then went over top of that with another concealer that was her skin color. and then went over with it with a face powder or powdered foundation. So maybe you could try that using drug store products and if it doesn't work you can always return the concealers.
