What do guys think of tattoos under a girl's collarbone?

Okay, so, I'm just asking this out of pure curiosity. I'm not going to change anything based on these answers. I'm honestly just curious.

But what do guys think of tattoos under a girl's collarbone? And i don't mean the whole chest area covered, just something like this:

i have a tattoo about the size of my fist under each collar bone, and so far no guys have said anything negative about it. in fact the standard reaction is "thats a lot hotter than i thought they were going to be"

I am thinking about getting a tattoo on my collarbone area, but my bra strap would be on it. Would my bra strap constantly rub against my tattoo and cause fading? If so, can I get it touched up every so often to keep it looking like new? Thanks.

Try a strapless bra until your tattoo heals. Keep it moisturized. Most tattoo artists will do touch ups for free, if they did the original tattoo artist. Your best bet would be to talk with your tattoo artist.

i'm thinking of getting one at that spot. it's easy to cover up since i don't normally wear low cut shirts but i know for formal functions it'll show when i'm wearing a strapless dress. so i'm just wondering what you guys think of when you see a girl with a collar bone tattoo

It's your body so do what you want to do with it. You will have some men who like it and some who don't. I have no problem with it unless its something ignorant or offensive. Remember tattoos are permanent and it will be a part of you the rest of your life. Good Luck and ink away :)

I've seen some really cute tattoos before of people getting things tattooed in their parents'/grandparents' handwriting.

One tattoo I remember was this girl who had gotten 'Love, Mum' and 'Love, Dad' tattooed under her two collarbones in her mum and dad's hand writing. Super cute, personal, fast and simple.

Also, I've seen another girl with 'XOXO' tattooed in her grandmother's handwriting. Again, fast and simple but still super cute right (:
