i decided the tattoo i want but i don't know what place to get it. its 3 words.

Like another user said "It depends on how big the tattoo is going to be"
But my advice to you is this...
Where are you comfortable ... getting your tattoo .. that you know you will be happy with its placement when you get older?
Example: I was going to get wings on my back , and i was going to design them myself, and then I said " Wait... when the day comes when I get married, I want to wear a backless dress, I don't want people seeing that on my wedding day"... so I didn't get them but I got stars on my hips instead. The good thing about the hips (right above my pant line a star on each side) is that as I get older , I will dress my age and the tattoo's will be covered up.
If you want something showy (in a place where it cannot be hidden) than that's your choice, but seriously think about it...
Forearm? ehhh yes and no
Thigh? Not for me personally i want to be able to wear shorts
Calf? Not for me... more of a place where guys get them ( in my own opinion)
shoulder blade? Not for me, its been done and I don't want it showing like that

Pick places on your body, start off by having someoen draw something on you, spend the day with it, and ifyou can live with it and you love it get it there. Test.. it.... out!

how would you color the Queen of Sirens?

I'm getting a tattoo of the Queen of Sirens...I've got to get it colored in though because it's going to be a cover up.

I know I'd like red hair. but what about the rest? :p I'm just looking for opinions on it.

Even before I saw picture I had 50s pin up style sailor in my mind but the pic does really fit in with this, so I would say red lips, pale skin, blue eyeshadow stick to nautical colours for the clothes maybe have the bodice white with the corset ribbon and the scarf she has around her arms red, and I think shes wearing stockings so you could have them blue, then have the inside of the wings white and outside blue. And the anchor silver like metal.
