Where is the perfect place to hide a tattoo?

I'm wanting a tattoo. But I need to keep it to from my parents for a little bit. My wrist, arms, legs, aren't an option. And I can't think of what kind of tattoo to get, I want something meaningful...a meaningful quote or design that is. And I'm a girl, lol.
What is a good hidden spot?
And what is a good, classy tattoo to get? With good meaning...just some ideas to get my mind running or suggestions.
Thanks :)

What is the best movie of 2011 in your opinion? And what movie are you looking forward to most?

Best movie is easily Super 8.

Which movie do I wanna see most still to release. That's harder to answer. I'm looking forward to Sherlock Holmes 2, Harry Potter and The Deathly Hollows: Part 2, The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, and Captain America: The First Avenger.

What about you?

Answer
I just saw a review on Super 8 and heard it was very good. I loved 'Midnight in Paris', in fact, I have a question out on it right now. It is not one of those movies you will see at each and every theater. It is only shown at certain ones. It is Woody Allen's 41 movie and even though I don't always like his stuff, I thought this was exceptional. It has to be your style though and it is mine. I was curious about the Penguin movie with Jim Carey but haven't seen it yet.

What can i do to prepare for the Junior Miss now DYW pageant?

Em-J

Im in the 2011 DYW pageant and i was wondering what i could specifically do to better my chances of winning. I dont really know what they are looking for.

Answer
I was in this years ago, my niece not long ago. Many people think it's a beauty pageant but it's not. They look for well rounded, wholesome girls with poise and a variety of activities, as well as talent. When I was in it, the chief of police's daughter won (no big surprise as the judges were friends of his) but the year prior, one of our local girls was the state winner. Bubbly personality, clean cut, (no tattoos or piercings), no illegitimate kids, have a politically correct platform that is somewhat unique.

what kind of girl jeans and shoes should i wear?

Alejandro

ok so first of all i am 20 year old male attending university and no i am NOT gay or have anything against them, but i am 100% sure i am straight. I have been wanting to wear girl jeans for a while to school but i am scared of people looking at me weird. I want to see if anyone can help me on telling me what style and brand of jeans i should get. Also what kind of shoes go along with them so that people cant even tell that i am wearing girl jeans. PLZ and Thank you for your help! and no bad comments!!!!

P.S. If you can post links so i can see the style of pants and shoes (even if they are girl shoes that a guy can pull off) ill gladly appreciated! And if it helps i am 5'7 and skinny guy with tattoos...... Thank you! :)

Answer
The jeans will always fit different than guys, so people will always know. People are always gonna give weird looks, you just learn to go with it anyway and come off as confident (very important) and they will know you don't care and they won't care as much. They'll get over it.

You could start with Old Navy jeans, they're really sort of plain and simple looking, another would any Bullhead skinny jeans. I suggest wearing any jeans that you want, but starting with the basics like these.

I just wear low-top shoes (mostly canvas), low profile canvas (similar to flats), girls flats if you can find your size, thin sneaker type shoes, or sandals. But if you like boots, they can sometimes work too. I go with thinner, smaller shoes because the tighter pants make my feet look a little big.

Don't listen to people who just want to hate. Girls jeans are really just jeans, and they happen to be really freakin awesome too if you like tight fits, which is fine for girls AND guys. Once you go girls you won't go back, lol trust me. You'll love em.

i want a small tattoo on my foot not to small but not to big?

TORII

this will be my first tattoo and i want it on my foot i am kinda scarred but determined to get one..doed it hurt when you get one on your foot? and how bad lol i want one so bad! also were is a good website that i can look at pretty tattoos on feet! i am a girl by the way!

Answer
If you plan on getting a tattoo, you shouldn't be scared about the pain, cos it's obvious it would hurt (as you're getting needles dragged through your skin), plus the pain depends on your pain tolerance. I got mine done on my wrist, my friends said it was very painful, but for me I didn't find it bad at all. But apparently it hurts more when it's done on boney areas (like the top surface of your foot).

I can't give you a website for pretty tattoo designs because there are so many different tattoo designs out there, and not sure what you'd consider as pretty! So best is just to decide what kind of design you want, google (image) it, print it off and show it to a tattoo artist. Then best to discuss and ask them to design a unique one for you that's similar to the chosen design!

Remember tattoos are permanent (unless you want it lasered off, which doesn't always work and is expensive), so only get one if you're 100% sure about it.

what are the better ways to dye your hair multi-colors with and underneath layer and the layer of your roots?

top 10 best tattoos for girls on Best Tattoos Designs
top 10 best tattoos for girls image

poisongirl

I was going to dye my hair myself with a friend helping me because the salon is way too much, and my hair is kinda long. multi colors-ish. it would be black on the top part and underneath it would be a carmelish brown and then the bottom layer ( the brown color) would be red tips. and then my (side) bangs are just going to be black near the roots, brown in the middleish, and then red tip on the very tip.

Answer
I do not recommend them.
I've responded to many girls (guys now too) under 15 experiencing in hair loss since 2009, due to hair straightening, relaxers and hair dyes. Women 60-90 have those same symptoms but it took them years to get there. But for 15 & under, giving advice here? They can't predict the future of their hairs, until they're in their 30's, but 15 & under with hair loss? C'mon! I've responded 7 in 2 hours 9-3-10, (before school started) 4 in 1hour 3-5-11 alone. 3 in 1hr. 8-8-11, 6 in 15 mins. 11-10-11.
One Example: Last month, around oct 5th, I decided my husband and I were going to be tinkerbell and peter pan for halloween. I have really dark hair. I tried to dye it blonde. Tried 3 times in two days to go blonde. Nothing worked. So I wanted to go back dark. It took me two dyes to get it back to black. So that's 5 times in about 3 days. A month later, my hair is falling out in crazy amounts.
What can I do to stop it? ??? I'm going crazy over this!

Playing with chemicals is not like playing with clothes, or doing a manicure, there are penalties for playing chemicals in the lab. Even hair color experts at the salon are not rocket scientists, they do a bang up dye jobs to their clients or their own hair.
Example: "My hair is right about armpit length as it is, but I've severely damaged it by bleaching it all at once. As a student of cosmetology myself, I would have to say that it was probably one of the worst mistakes I could have ever made."
Another example: ok i did my hair yesterday i DIDN'T bleach it ,but im not sure what its called but she took the color out of my hair and then dies it a blond color and my head was on fire it killed me so after that i hated my hair color so i colored it my self a darker color, it looked so ugly and it burned me again it rully hrt so after i washed it my mom checked it for me and found small spots of blood all over my top scalp like over 20 of em now im scared and don't know why its there is it from the color am i sick and something is wrong ??

Chemicals can enter the body through the skin.

The chemical is not new and is present in a number of brands of dark hair colours, acting to help adhere the dye to the hair so that it doesn't wash out. Itâs made from coal tar and is used in both permanent and semi-permanent hair colours. Itâs well-known to be a cause of serious allergic reactions -- including something called contact dermatitis which can lead to rashes, blisters, and open sores.
PPD is sometimes added to black henna tattoos and that using them is not safe. Allergic reactions usually begin within two to 10 days following application. One bad reaction can lead to sensitivities to other products such as hair dye, sunblock and some types of clothing dyes. Oftentimes, it's using the product a second or third time.

What are your expectations for the following films?

Lincoln
The Dark Knight Rises
The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey
Django Unchained
The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (2011)
The Avengers
BQ: What was the most recent movie you saw in theaters and rate it 1-10
BQ2: What was the most recent movie you saw in the theaters that disappointed you?
BQ3: What do you think was the best movie of 2011?

Answer
sup Kevin

Lincoln
>> This one hopefully is good, it's a Spielberg movie so I think I'll like it. Not a fan of Joseph Gorden Levitt, but hopefully it is something more than the average biopic released around Oscars season.
The Dark Knight Rises
>> I am excited for this, but what this movie needs is a memorable villian and the complex morality that was present in TDK. If it has that, and can expand on that, I think we have the best movie of this decade so far
The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey
>>> Mixed expectations. I'm expecting a more lighthearted LOTR with a sense of humour, which people say is essentially what the hobbit is. I really don't want to be disappointed
Django Unchained
>> Really? Rather low. Not a fan of anyone in the cast, really it just sounds something like Unforgiven.
The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (2011)
>>>High. Brilliant director, great cast. But can it top the original film, which was a masterpiece? Who knows. Hopefully it comes and becomes the best film of 2011, because this year really needs one.
The Avengers
>>> Joss Weddon from Buffy is directing, so high expectations. Hopefully it reinstales hope within the superhero genre, but I have doubts something is going wrong.

BA: The Help, 8/10
BA2: I can't remember, haven't been in ages
BA3: Have seen hardly any, haven't seen Drive, but I guess Super 8.

I generally have wanted to do game graphics and programming. However a recent thought has struck me. I seen one girl in college that wanted to be a tattoo artist and recently the idea struck me that it might be a neat thing to do. I just want to know what I have to put into it and what I could get out of it.

Answer
you really dont need anything.. all you need is great artistic ability... lots of tattoos.. a chill attitude and an artist to take you in as an apprentice..
Generally apprenticeship is 1 year.. there is NO PAY.. and you cannot tattoo ANYTHING for 6 months.. that means done get your own gun..
Just get to know some of your local artists.. Once you are on good terms, ask about apprenticeship.. If the first says No.. go to another.. They always need apprentices.. and depending on where you live.. there may be a good stock of tattoo shops!

Best of luck!

So, I am getting a tattoo of my family crest and i wanted to ask some questions about the crest itself.?

Cole

I have an item with my family crest on it but, its a clear drinking glass. I have the crest, i just wanted to know what significance the colors on the crest have.

Answer
When my daughters were younger I was an assistant girl scout leader. One of our troop asked me once why my wife didn't help out instead of me. My wife had a rotating schedule that would have made it impossible, but that was a mundane answer, so I told them she didn't like to come out in public because she had worked her way through college as the assistant in a knife-throwing act at the circus. The thrower missed one day and cut off her nose, and she wore a tin replacement that made her shy.

It was funny at the time, but they believed me, and, later I realized I had betrayed their trust.

I was tempted to tell you to ignore the other answers and get the crest, 18 inches wide, across your chest, but the memory of those sad little eyes when the troop leader explained Mr. Ted had lied stopped me.

The crest you have on the class / coffee mug / tee-shirt may once have been issued to someone with your surname. It may not. Suppose there was a Family Coat of arms dealer, and someone from the Pack reunion committee wanted to order 100 T-shirts in assorted sizes. Now suppose all of the Packs in the old country had been too busy stealing horses, evading taxes and swiving the milkmaids to ever get a C of A. The dealer could tell the reunion committee the truth, or he could find a "Park" coat of Arms, change the blue to green, add a swan, print them up and send them out, $24.99 each and 10% off for volume, and as a special way to say "Thank You" here are eight drinking glasses with your family coat of arms tastefully silk-screened on the side, not dishwasher proof. Which do you think?

Even if the C of A / Crest you have was once issued to someone with your surname, he may not have been your ancestor. You might not have been related at all. You definitely are not the eldest son of the eldest son of the . . . of the original arms holder.

Unless you want to look like the freak in the circus side show, one tattoo is enough for anyone. Given you only get one, make it count. Mine is a tribal design from the Ibans, the tribe I lived with in Borneo when I was a Peace Corps Volunteer. There was a guy at our church, now gone, who jumped into Normany in 1944. He had a small version of the 101st Parachute Infantry "Screaming Eagle" on his shoulder.

But, you are probably tired of listening to advice from old people. Go ahead. Take the glass into the tattoo shop and have them copy it across your chest, 18 inches wide. Color it red for valor, green for fertility and gold for wealth. Girls will really like it. Tell them your 4th great grandfather was the second son of a Duke, who was exiled for poaching the king's game, so he came here and married a Cherokee Princess. Girls love people who are connected to their family.

If you don't like it in a couple of years, a quart of Jack Daniels, a quart of gasoline and a wire brush are all you need to get rid of it. (or change it into an angry red welt, at least.) Remember to drink the Jack and use the gasoline as a scrubbing agent, not vice-versa.

Answer
Sounds like your trying to get a confidence boost to get one?

Some people like sleeves, some people don't. Same thing with tattoos in general. Instead of asking others what they think of sleeves on girls, ask yourself that.

If you think it's great, that should be enough.

honestly, this question has been asked ALOT. Use the search option, 'cause the same answers are getting old("I think it's hot!" "I Think its gross!"). Answer this for yourself and you will be 10x happier.

What will fake tanning lotion do to my tattoos?

I've been

I have tattoos that cover over half of my body and I gave up tanning beds and laying out in the sun for hours when I decided to start tattooing myself as the sun will ruin my ink. If I use fake tanning lotion will that act as a cover up for my tattoos? Because I wouldn't want that.

Answer
Hi I work at a tanning salon so maybe I can help you. There is one particular girl that comes in and her body is COVERED in tattoos, and I'm talking sleeves, neck tattoos, her belly her back and her legs. Awesome tats though. But she was also worried about her tattoos fading, but she hated that she was so white. She also surfs a lot so her tats are really faded.

She doesn't seem to care. What she does is put sunblock on the parts of her body that are tattooed, which is a lot, but it seems to help a little bit. She uses the tanning beds.

But your question was about sunless tanner. I'm thinking that it probably won't do anything to your tattoos. I don't think it will cover them up or anything, maybe the color will look a little weird, I'm not really sure.

Try Loreal Sublime Bronzer.

Tattoo locations for women?

eagle tattoo design for girls image

concerned?

I want to get a tattoo of an eagle but I don't know where to get it. I am thinking either my lower back or my calf, but I know several people with very strong opinions about each location. Mostly that the lower back is for trampy girls and the calf is for lesbians. I am not either, but I am wondering if these are fairly common opinions. (The company I work for now is ok with tattoos that are not offensive and I wouldn't have a problem wearing pants to work if I change companies.) Any thoughts? Please don't respond if you are going to tell me not to get one at all. I get enough of that from my parents, and I have been thinking about this for several years and if you knew me and saw the design you would think it is a good fit. I respect your opinion but that is not answering my question which is the point of this.

Answer
If you care what those asshol'es think, you should not get a tat. A tattoo is not an Ambercrombie T-Shirt. (a fad) It is a life choice. If you want a lower BACK PIECE, go right ahead. A tattoo does not make you a lesbian either. It's just a tattoo. People talk about one place or another being "cliche" or "overdone." People get tats every day, every where on their bodies. If you name it, it gets tattooed, a lot. Good luck.

What designs were popular back then?
Somehow I have a hard time beliving that. If you are try to make a joke sorry it wasent funny.
ie like battalion symbols etc...

Pin-Ups they were horny buggers eh LOL
Cool I know a veten he has a pin-up and a anchor. Though they are now kinda faded.

The eagle sounds cool.
The bulldog with that hat is known as a "Devil Dog"

Answer
During the 1940's and 1950's "time marking" tattoos became very popular. The most popular war tattoo among war veterans was known as the "pledge" tattoo. The pledge tattoo consisted of their unit, military division and an American eagle. These tattoos represented the dedication of the soldiers. Also the now traditional rose & banner inscribed with a sweetheart's name, the pretty pin-up girl, sailing ships, or the simple inscription "Mom" became widely popular during this time. Sailor Jerry style tattoos were popular during that time as well. Type sailor jerry into google and you can see some vintage tattoo flash

Ideas in what I am interested in:
- a red heart
- ankh symbol
- butterfly
- daisy
- sunflower

I have some ideas on location also, but I would like to hear peoples opinions.

These tattoo's all have really important personal meanings to them. It would be long to explain them.

*Also no tramp stamps or in really visible places.

Which one you would want, or want on a girl, and where?

Answer
All of your ideas are fairly typical tattoo designs. You may like the idea of that which is great. But how about you combine them to come up with something a little more unusual? You'll probably hate this but here's one example of many of how you could approach it. (I'm bored!)
http://img27.imageshack.us/img27/6531/daisyankhetc.jpg
If you went with something like that, I think central upper back right under the neck, or back of your lower leg a couple of inches above the achilles tendon would look nice.

Looking for tattoo meanings?

xdespairfa

I'm looking for tattoo designs that signify change.

Long story short, I've lost a ton of weight, and feel like I'm really starting to get out there and live my life. I've always wanted a tattoo and I'm looking for something that stands for change or something along those lines.

Answer
Haha, you just lost a lot of weight and probably made yourself look better. Now you are going to go scar your skin with a bunch of crap. Just go be a fatass. Tattoos have no positive meanings.

*That's the way to find a meaningful tattoo isn't it Elizabeth? Google and look at how other people have branded themselves. Listen question girl, don't scar your skin. I can't say for sure but I'd bet there is a negative reason for you wanting this. Maybe societal pressure because tons of people get tattoos and pretend they mean something. They don't. They show poor personality and a weakness of character. You might be kind of giddy just because you lost weight. Don't screw up by branding yourself like a stupid cow.

Half Sleeve tattoo design?

elephant tattoo designs for girls on elephant tattoo designs are a awasome tattoo designs for girls ...
elephant tattoo designs for girls image

AlexandraE

Ok i'm trying to plan my tattoo half sleeve. I want the main image to be an animal (either a lioness, elephant or a leopard with sad looking eyes, probably just the face of the animal) and i want it to have a colourful tree around it that goes to the top of my shoulder with maybe little coloured flowers in it, I also want a small dove and the word ahimsa written in sanskrit probably around my arm just above the elbow. ideas suggestions ?
oh im a girl and i have kinda small arms too :)

Examples of the animals i like :
Leopard http://www.zhippo.com/MarkBlanchardHOSTED/images/gallery/leopardprev.jpg
Lion http://www.steve-a.co.uk/main/images/emily1.jpg
Elephant http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3562/3600468859_8eefc3d967.jpg

Answer
I think this could be a really cool design. Here's some suggestions:

-See what each of these animals symbolize and decide which animal you think fits the best.

-Have the tree have leaves or buds of flowers flying off it that fade down your arm to connect the whole piece

-You could have the roots of the tree spell out ahimsa

-Have the tree curving like a C where the branches are at the top of C curling around your shoulder blade and the lion/leopard/elephant making a backwards C with the head of the animal going towards the crook of your arm. I think that would make the design flow better.

-You probably already know this but don't skimp on the artist or price. When it comes to a 1/2 sleeve and something as complex as this design make sure you search around for someone who specializes in color or animals and such and make an appointment. This tattoo is going to be expensive but don't have the price tag scare you aware from a highly accredited pro.

Hope this helps!

need advice about how to do Henna temporary tattoo?

tattoo designs for girls video on ... Girls Tumblr Tattoos Quotes For Los Angeles Girls Tattoo Quotes Ideas
tattoo designs for girls video image

Danielle R

I am a high school teacher. For our school carnival, my dance class has been assigned the Henna Tattoo booth. I have never done this before! My older girls and I have created some pretty elaborate stage make-up for our concerts in the past, but I don't know how well those skills will translate. Can I order a kit with stencils? Is it better to use sponges or paintbrushes or what? Does Henna come in pens or crayons? Is there a tutorial video the girls can view? Help! :)

Answer
by coincidence, I saw a do-it-yourself henna kit at Barnes & Noble (or was it Borders?) bookstore. I've seen these feature genuine & medically safe henna -- as may is used in India and surrounding areas.

years ago, I purchased & used a henna tattoo kit from an out-of-the-way, health-food/supplement store. the kit was more than I wanted to pay, especially since i'd not tried it before. the enclosed booklet gave the following information (and more).

there are some kinds of henna that should not be applied directly to the skin. (the safe, non-harmful henna was included.) the henna for tattooing was to be applied in the "traditional", time-consuming way -- with a toothpick. the henna usually lasts for up-to several weeks and wears-off naturally with normal activities & bathing. henna tattoos are traditionally worn by women as part of their wedding ceremony; perhaps they're worn by the wedding guests too. traditional henna designs are fine-lined details. the henna is a brown-rusty color.

sometime ago, I saw a tragic TV-news spot about a boy who received a "henna tattoo" while vacationing with Family at an out-of-town resort. yes it was genuine henna -- but the wrong kind, which nearly cost him his life. and the "knowledgeable", "on-the-move" tattoo-vendor was no where to be found.

I've never seen henna (for "tattoos") sold with sponges, brushes, or in pen-applicators -- nor have I seen stencils or crayons. I suppose that one could try a brush etc.; but then the traditional method & style would be forfeited.

if it were me -- and its not -- I'd vote against having a booth for "Henna Temporary Tattoos" (as memorable and as unique as the idea may sound).

first, would it be cost-effective?
should I also give instructions for how the tattoos will behave (and how to remove, if possible)?
could I easily get more henna if I run out?
what if someone is allergic to henna -- would I be liable for lawsuit?

since real, tattoo-quality henna isn't as "temporary" as we'd like to believe:
what if a teen or child receives a tattoo at my booth, without an OK from
Mom or Dad? could I adequately handle any "consequences"?
one spill of henna -- and whatever it touches is "tattooed" too. :(
in short: henna is like an all-natural, skin-stain.

why not consider something that's much easier to learn & do -- for all the right reasons to be easy & carefree at your high school carnival? no one will feel like concentrating really -- if it will be anything like the carnivals & fairs of my own, teenage days. :)

what about something like: face-painting? crazy hat-making? what about stamping & coloring your own stationery? ...something like that? just a thought.

thanks for considering my personal thoughts & experiences about your worthwhile question. hopefully I've somehow been able to help you arrive at your own, wisest conclusions. best wishes for an enjoyable event!!

Opinion, what do guys think about tattoos and piercings on girls?

tattoos for girls full body on Traditional Maori Tattoos | Tattoo Designs, Tribe Tattooing, Ta Moko
tattoos for girls full body image

Yasmine

Basically I'm really into tattoos and piercings! I would eventually love to get a tattoo sleeve and I've got my nipples pierced. My boyfriend loves it all but I just wanted to know what other guys think about it all?
Thanks!

Answer
I know I'm not a guy, but I'll answer anyway. As a girl who has multiple piercings, including 3 on my face (septum, medusa and bridge), tattoo on my shoulder and a half sleeve on my arm (slowly working up to a full sleeve), from my experience most guys like it. You'll definitely draw a lot of attention to yourself, so if you don't mind being constantly asked 'did that hurt?' blah blah blah, then go for it. I've found that the majority of men I meet like it, or at least appreciate it. It's definitely an interesting conversation starter with other tattoo enthusiasts.
I'd suggest to not worry too much about what other people think. Some people love tattoos, some people hate them. You might get funny looks sometimes, I have before. But it's useful though, if I get funny looks or comments, I can immediately suss out the people who will judge you by your cover, rather than who you really are. And I don't really have time for people like that. At the end of the day, it's your body, do with it what you like.

Why does a tattoo have to have meaning?

Lyn Elizab

Why do people always say don't get a tattoo unless it's meaning full? I mean who cares, it's on your body. I'm just curious what other people think that do have tattoos. I have 8 and none of them have meaning besides i really like them.

Answer
Hey - im a girl with a lot of tattoos and the I've drawn all of my own and all of spiritual nature. I CHOSE to have mine be meaningful because i love telling the stories behind them. People ask me all the time about them and it feels great to say what they mean to me. My life is written on my body and im proud of that.
I truely believe you should get whatever damn tattoo you want, wherever you want, whenever you want. The whole point of having them in the first place is to be an individual and be able to look in the mirror and be proud of what you see. If you are comfortable in saying "No real meaning, i just loved the picture" - THEN WHO THE HELL CARES!!!??? Its your body and you are going to die with it. You have only one chance to do it YOUR way.... so make sure you ALWAYS do it your way... It would be a complete hypocrisy to the individualism of body modification if you were to change your mind just because someone else said it "should" mean something. Wear it loud and proud... dont ever be ashamed of what you've got. Its there for YOUR life, no one elses....
p.s. of course it means something to you in some way, its on your body.

Baby Ryan update: report from Delhi! (and question)?

tattoo designs for girls in delhi image

Me, Esperanza and Ryan have been in Delhi for a week now. We are so excited! It is so hot and dirty here, but also quite exotic. On the LONG flight over, Ryan was really a trooper. All the flight attendants loved him, as well as the Indian "aunties" around us. The day after we arrived, we started looking for tattoo shops, with the references some of you guys suggested, and also a couple references from my uncle here.

The only problem is, after a week we still haven't decided on one. Ryan's "chhevan mahina" (the 6-month ritual I told you about, where they cleanse him, etc) would have happened on the 3rd (TWO days ago for us here!). It's not really a problem, since it doesn't need to be exactly 6 months from his birthday. However it does need to be done within a certain window (they are big on astrology).

So we are trying to decide between two places. The first one we went to, the artist had just finished working on this sorta âhippieâ girl that came in. (There are a LOT of âbackpackerâ types around here!). She let us take a pic:
http://i4.tinypic.com/4z8ztxl.jpg

The other shop is a Christian guy who says he has tattooed a lot of Bollywood stars. We couldnât get any photos though. Both shops look ~OK~ as far as cleanliness. We are leaning towards the first shop because we donât think Christians are as spiritual. I mean, there has to be some reason why Chinese, Arabic, and Indian writing makes words so much more meaningful, right? Anyway, what do you think?

ALSO: We really like mehndi (henna) designs that they do here. Is there some kind of henna you can get but which is permanent?
P.S. I forgot to mention that the first place is called "Baby Tiger Tattoos." Ever heard of them?

Answer
If you want to get a really spiritual tattoo for little baby Ryan, you should take him to China or Japan or one of those countries that has the neat writing that looks like little stick drawings and stuff. I think that you could get something of one of those symbols that says "baby" and that will be something that never changes in his life. No matter what happens to him, it will have meaning because he was once a baby. Actually, maybe the Baby Tiger tattoo shop could do it! That way, the word "Baby" in Japanese or Chinese or whatever would have even more meaning!
Then, as an added meaningful touch, you and Ezperanza could get colorful matching baby tiger tattoos that are rainbow colored! I was looking on the internet for a unique picture and I found this one... http://www.lisafrank.com/default.cfm?page=Shop&CategoryID=8&ProductID=365
Good luck!
Oh, and a couple of side notes to remember...
* Make sure to get baby Ryan's "baby" tattoo before he gets old enough to feel pain, because I heard it is really painful. I don't know about for a baby though, so you might want to go on Y!A and see what kind of pain your baby can expect.
* Make sure that you get his tattoo in a place that will not look old and wrinkly once he gets old and wrinkly because his skin will start sagging and looking ugly!!

What do you think about a 16 year old girl getting a tattoo?

donth8

I'm not like a rebel child AT ALL, but i think they're adorable!

I would never get anything large - but I'd love a little design on my lower left tummy by my hip bone, or a little butterfly design on my lower back.

(My guy friends say that when a girl has a tattoo on her lower back it's a Tramp Stamp. But i disagree, I think they're cute. Thoughts about this as well?)

Answer
I got one when I was 15 and I regret it now, 11 years later. I would wait if I were you... once you decide exactly what you want and where you want it, give it a year. Then if a year passes and you still want it, get it. If a year passes and you don't want it, then you saved yourself some regret! :)

Where to put temp tattoo for special occasion?

MotoGirl

Where is the sexiest place to put a tattoo on a woman's body. Would like to get a temporary tattoo for a special occasion (for my man.) What designs are really sexy? Ideas please -- since it'll be temp, over the top is fine.

Answer
I would go for somewhere hidden from public view, like low on your hip, or maybe on your chest underneath your bra. As for tattoo ideas, you could go with the traditional rose or butterfly. Or you could do a pin-up girl, but I'd put that on your thigh or ribs for maximum inpact.

Since it's temp, and it sounds like you don't have any real ones, anything will be a shock when he comes across it.

Good luck!

How to get over jealousy and insecurity?

tattoos for girls pictures on 25 Top Thigh Tattoos For Girls And Women | MyMagicMix
tattoos for girls pictures image

Hayley

I'm engaged. I love my fiancé deeply and he treats me better than anyone I've ever. There's one issue, and that's my insecurity. I feel like I'm ruining everything. I'm not generally an insecure person, it's because of things that happened.. But I need advice on how to get over them before I completely ruin things. He has apologized for everything, changed it all, and genuinely feels bad. These are the things that have happened, in no particular order.

1) he told me a story about cheating on his ex with her best friend. Months later, he made a sexual comment to MY best friend on Facebook.

2) until I finally blew up about it, he was always going on and on about what he liked in women.. None of which I had. Example - I've heard about how he has a thing for women in glasses about a billion times. I don't wear glasses. New Years Eve, I made myself into everything he says he wants (except tattoos).. And I got the biggest reaction out of me. He talked about how beautiful i was, he was all over me all night. His contact picture for me on his phone is similar.. He claims it's the only picture I've sent him but I've sent him tons, but just one with glasses, my hair up, etc.

3) once, he blatantly checked out tattooed girls online in front of me. Verbally judging each one as hot or not. He has apologized for doing it.

4) this is the big one. There was another girl in the picture, and I kinda consider what he was doing as an emotional affair. He was texting her first thing in the morning and last thing at night every single morning and saying he had promised her he would. He initially tried to hide the nature of his relationship with her.. But it finally came out that he had a thing for her for a super long time. And when he was telling me about it, it was clear he still did. My thought about it was that I was being put second. Why wouldnt he want to talk to ME first and last? tHe also blatantly refused to make me the same promise

I want to get over this. :(

Answer
This is a good opportunity to try a threesome with your fiancee and the girl in the picture. Threesomes are a great way to sort out your feelings.

What is the sexiest tattoo for a girl to get on her boobs? (include pictures)?

misstiniqu

What do you think is the sexiest tattoo for a girl to get on her boobs? Please include pictures & 10pts will be awarded for the best answer.

Answer
The sexiest tattoo is NONE. There is nothing âsexyâ about a tattoo. A tattoo is little better than a cartoonâyou canât get a good quality drawing on the human skin. It will deface your body like ugly graffiti defaces a public building. I strongly suggest that you do not get a tattoo. There is a big cost to getting a tattoo, and it is far more than wasted money. The true cost of a tattoo is a lifetime of regret. Most regret it within 5 years. There is an 80% chance you will regret it in your lifetime. The regret starts after you start to notice how people react to you. Many people will look at you with disgust, for tattoos are offensive to many, many people. Your chances of getting a good job will be greatly diminishedâmost companies will not hire you since your tattoo will be seen as offensive to other workers. The majority of western people get tattooed when young and their decision making process is not yet matured. Youth tends to be impulsive. Young people are still developing and they need to be very careful in making important, permanent decisions. The reasons young people get tattooed are not mature (i.e. they want people to notice them, they want to pretentiously âhonorâ someone in a way that will attract notice, they want to pretentiously present some âdeepâ quotation on their skin in the hope that people will think they too are âdeepâ, they are rebelling against their parents or society, they are conforming to what they think are social norms, they are unable to see ahead and view the negative results of their actions, etc.) If you want to see the true level of cultural development for tattoos and other body modifications, look at this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wwOXCmjTsvs In a large sense, nothing illustrates the degeneration of western culture more than the entertainment industry encouraging impulsive youth to permanently disfigure themselves in order to âexpress themselvesâ. But such is the power of suggestion that more and more young people are buying into this Hollywood lie that tattoos are a cutting edge way to âexpressâ yourself. But that is so not true. You should express yourself with your words and actions, not by inking graffiti onto your living flesh, in a manner offensive to both man and God, who instructed us through His prophet Moses: "Do not cut your bodies⦠or put tattoo marks on yourselves. I am the LORDâ Leviticus 19:28. The message you will actually convey with a tattoo is one or more of the following: "I am immature", "I am needy", âI am foolishâ, âI make bad decisionsâ, âI have no sense of right and wrong,â âI follow fadsâ, âI am unemployableâ, "I have been to prison", "I belong to a criminal gang", "I am promiscuous", "I work in the sex-services industry", "I can not sustain a long term relationship". I am telling you this because I care about you and I want to help you avoid a bad mistake. Good luck to you in your life. But do not get tattooed. Tattoos are permanent. You can not take them back. There are so many questions on this board about how to remove unwanted tattoos. Pay attention to them. They are there for a reason: People do not want to keep their tattoos. One day, probably soon, you will wish you had never gotten your tattoo(s) and will start to ask how you can get rid of them. Be smart and do not put yourself in this position.

I want a cute and feminine tattoo, but i also want it pretty small. also, where should i get it?

Answer
No one in there right mind will give you a tattoo at 12. If you get it that young it will be all faded and look crappy when you get older because your body is still growing. my step mom got one when she was 15 of a rose on her boob and she hates it now and wishes shed never gotten it. my little brother got one of a yin yang on his arm when he was 14 and now it looks sooo tiny on his big arm. they were both not done at a tattoo shop just with a friends tattoo gun. they will not look good. they will look like jailhouse tattoos.

What do I need to be a certified tattoo artist? Training, college, liscences, etc. Actually doing it or design

rezruf

I'm getting a tattoo on my foot in a few months?

tattoo designs for girls legs on Top 50 Most Beautiful Flower Tattoo Designs And Ideas | How to Tattoo?
tattoo designs for girls legs image

Emily

The tattoo is going to be on my foot, (Left foot, kind of off to the side) and it's going to be a raven from birds eye view. I've thought about the design for about 3 years now, and I have been wondering how much it hurts. I have heard the foot area hurts a lot, but I'm wondering if it's tolerable and if I should be able to make it through. Also, I don't know if this adds any extra help, but when I get i'll be 16.

Answer
I used to tattoo and done some on some girls feet. They said it hurt bad so I done one on my own foot to see what it felt like. I personally didn't thing it was too bad. It's worse than some spots, but better than some too. The last one I done on a foot was on my current girlfriend's foot. She didn't think it hurt bad at all. It's pretty much your pain tolerance. Me personally, I thought your legs hurt worse than your arms, and I didn't think the outside of your arm hurt at all really, but I've seen people with tattoos on their arms that couldn't bear the pain. Idk what state you're in but I know in Indiana, you have to have a parent/guardian signature to get tattooed under the age of 18. You should be fine though. Good luck.

How do young Japanese (in Tokyo) feel about tattoos?

willnyu198

I have the back of both of my legs covered. One tattoo is a Japanese design, a koi fish turning into a dragon, which is big and the other is Atlas, holding a globe. I'm a 24 year old white guy from California, so I'm obviously not a Yakuza, but still understand the taboo in Japan. What is the general opinion of the Japan's younger generation (25 and under) towards tattoos? I know overall they are still looked upon negatively, but it seems like younger people are more open and accepting. I want to live there eventually, but don't know if it will cause me problems. Since they are in an area that's easy to cover, I don't think it will be a huge issue, but I'm still concerned. I'm a corporate, business type, so I always dress nice, am very courteous and don't look like trouble. I know there are tattoo shops in Japan, so there must be a certain level of acceptance.

Answer
When Japanese Univ students, particularly girls, reached 21-23 years old (the age they graduate), they go to plastic surgery to erase their tattoo to get better job.

And small tattoo stickers are also popular in Japan.
http://www.ta2.com/tribal/
http://www.arkin.jp/

These are the reason why the absolute amount of tattooed people don't increase in Japan.

Go to establishment with your friend. I think you have no big trouble, maybe some.
But remember, when you were in Japan, the country is NOT the West. You can't judge with your American's standard.
And you should know that they don't look negatively, but they do NOT want see tattoo (do you understand this feeling?). Whether you are Yakuza or not doesn't matter.
Japanese people focus on how other people think and want in public place, rather than focusing on personal (individual) feeling. They are afraid of being a person "lack in common sense".

All the reports in English are written by westerners. Their feeling differ from Orientals. When you came to Japan, ask Japanese directly, not only younger but also elder people. They may not tell you honest feeling though.
