As long as its a sexy tattoo it would be hot anywhere. My favorite places would have to be chest, bicep, top center of the back, rib cage, and inside the forearm. IMO though bigger tattoos are sexier tattoos....sleeves are a big turn on...especially if they continue over the shoulder and down onto the chest!
