Answer
I did a similar thing the summer I went off to college, too.

(Also: damn girl, live a little! I'm only a few years older than you and I've done about half the things on the list!)

Some other suggestions:
See the Northern Lights
Say "yes" to everything for a day (so if anyone asks you to do ANYTHING, you have to agree to do it, and follow through; just don't tell anyone what day it is, or they'll abuse it!)
Stand on all seven continents
Eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner- all in different countries (hint: go to Europe and drive through some of the northeastern countries- they're small and it's easy to do this!)
The obvious one- fall in love!
"Adopt" a younger sister or brother (most cities have a Big Brother/Big Sister program- really great for both participants. I'm very very close to my "baby sister"!)
Forgive anyone you still hold a grudge against
Apologize to everyone to whom you've done harm. That means EVERYONE- even that kid you bullied in kindergarten, even if you only send him a Facebook message!
Learn to juggle
Solve a Rubik's cube
Rock bright red lipstick for an entire day (when I did this, it was kind of awesome- now I love red lipstick and sometimes wear it when I go out and I'm feeling bold)
Donate $1000 of money that you've earned to a charity- at one time
Create a masterpiece of art- embroidery, painting, poetry, novels, plays, drawings, pottery, whatever!
Watch the Olympics live
Find a friend you love so much that you'd die for them, or at least consider it- boyfriends and family members don't count!
Conquer your worst fear, no matter what it is.
Break your worst habit! Biting nails, eating candy, smoking, whatever it is!
Personally meet one famous singer from every decade beginning with the 50s- that's 7 musicians!
Read an entire book every single day for a week. Even if you aren't a fast reader, I promise it's possible.
Live in another country for a year or more
Volunteer in a third world country
Eat a bug- whether that's chocolate covered ant or sugar-coated grasshopper, your choice! (Hey, it's not supposed to be all FUN things- it's about doing some crazy, gross things, too!)
Kiss someone on New Year's Eve in NYC while you watch the ball drop
Memorize a poem that's at least a page long. If you don't have any favorite poetry, I recommend The Lady of Shalott by Tennyson- beautiful rhythm, haunting story.
Go to an empty meadow, somewhere far away from other people- or, if you don't care, just open your window!- and scream as loud as you can until you're hoarse, just because you can.
Watch the Harry Potter movies, all eight, in order- without sleeping until you're finished! (This will amount to staying up for a little over 24 hours, so caffeine will be necessary)
Speaking of which- pull an all nighter, if you somehow haven't done that.
Participate in a flash mob
Do something on stage in front of an audience- a comedy routine, a play, singing, reading poetry, whatever pleases you.
Fly a plane
Learn to yodel. It's so nerdy and weird but it's actually incredibly fun (and funny) when you get the hang of it. To make this even cooler- go to Switzerland, stand on a hill, and yodel. Videotape, please!

That's I can think of now. I do know that there's a bucket list website where other people make bucket lists for themselves. I don't know what it's called, but it should be pretty easy to Google it. Good luck, and have fun!
