tattoo location?

Mandy

where would be a good place for this tattoo..
Pretty much its a detailed outline of a dove holding a flower in its beak with a date written small underneath it. it wont be bigger than the palm of my hand if even that big. its gonna be simple pretty and small..

I was thinking my back but lower back tattoos have such negative associations with ppl (tramp stamps) .. especially because its a Memory tattoo.. So maybe shoulder? But that might not look good when im dressed for a formal occasion. what about my right or left side lower back.. or in the middle of my back.. idk i need some help.

Im 18 yr old girl 5'4 125 lbs if it matters.

My first tat!

All suggestions are appreciated! =]

Answer
Being A Tattoo Artist I Would Love To Do This Kinda Piece....

Right I'd Suggest Perhaps Having It On Your Side...Just Above Hip...?

The Shoulder Is Another Good Place,

I Find Having A Tattoo Is In Two Parts..

Actually Getting It

Then Being Able To Tell The Story Behind It...

But All In All The Place Has To Be From Your Heart,....

The Posisitoning Is Just As Important As The Design.

TATTOO-IDEAS, ANYONE PLEASE?

Q. A girl just asked me to draw her a tattoo. All she told me was that she wanted me to write "Family comes first" and add something feminine and some pattern. I'm completely blank.
Anyone wanna help me and share some ideas? Anything? :))) She's going to put it on her upper arm btw

Answer
It really depends on her. Is she a girly girl or more of a tomboy? If she's a girly girl flowers that represent family and the words in girly writting would be great and if she's a tomboy then throw some mud on it or something (lol I dunno) but yes the tat is about family but you still want it to represent her. Ask he some basic questions about her personality and incorperate those into the design :D good luck and have fun.
